How do I schedule a tour of the property?

When is your office open?
We are open Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. We are currently closed on the weekends.
Do I need to bring anything with my application?
You will need to bring your application fee and deposit in the form of a check or money order, proof of income and a copy of your government issued photo ID.
How long does it take before I know if I am approved?
It takes 3-5 business days to process an application. We check your credit history, rent history, criminal background and you must make three times the rent before taxes.
When is your rent due?
Rent is due on the 1st of day of each calendar month. On the 6th, rent is considered late and there is a $25.00 late per day until rent is paid.
How do I make my rent payment?
You can submit your rental payment one of three ways. 1) By visiting the office during regular business hours with a personal check, money order or cashier’s check. No CASH will be accepted on-site. 2) By visiting the Resident Portal and submitting payment with an eCheck, debit or credit card. There may be a small convenience fee for this option. 3) Mailing in your rent payment to our listed address.
What utilities am I responsible for?
As a resident, you are responsible for your own electricity, phone, television and internet. Water is your responsibility and is a flat fee of $30.00 per one bedroom , $40.00 per two bedroom and $50.00 per three bedroom. The water does not fluctuate depending on your usage.
How do I set up utilities?
You can activate electricity service by contact AEP Southwestern Electric Power at 888-216-3523 by having the service transferred into your name starting on your move in date. Internet and television can be activated by calling AT&T at 318-302-8833.
Can we use our security deposit as last months rent?
No, security deposits are only eligible for refund after the apartment has been vacated and possession is returned to management.
When do I get my security deposit back?
Once possession of your apartment has been returned to management and your unit has been inspected, it can take up to 15-30 business days to process your Final Account Statement with your refund deposit information.
